I tried following the GTS instruction guide (DC Sport Header) but the valve cover seems to be on really tight. I removed the 9 bolt from the engine cover as instructed on the guide and wacked the fuck out of it to break the seal but the cover only moved oh soo slightly. However, I notice 2 bolts on the center of the GT valve cover that the GTS doesnt seem to have. I wanted to remove them because I think thats whats still holding the cover in place but when I started to take them off, it felt like something was about to drop inside. So, I decided to stop and screw them back on and get some advice from you guys before whatever was being held by the bolts would fall in and their wouldnt be anyway to remove it since Im not able to remove the cover. Anyone have any advice on how to remove the valve cover or should I just stop being a little bitch and start wacking the fuck out of it.
By the way, I have a GT.

Im not talking about the plastic cover. Im talking about the actual valve cover that covers the cams. Would you know how many bolts holds the GT valve cover in place? Because according to the installation guide for the DC Sport Header ( https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/thread.f_1870145513_0_collapsed_2__1.html ) the GTS valve cover is held on by 11 bolts. I found 9 on the GT at pretty much the same spot as the GTS. However, the GT doesnt have these 2 bolts (Pic below) that according to the guide the GTS has and must be removed. My questions was basically does the 2 bolts that are in the center of the GT valve cover replace the 2 bolts that are on the side of the GTS valve cover. I will post pics of the 2 bolts in the center of the GT valve cover that Im talking about tonight when I get home from work.

If you have a GT you dont need to remove the Valve Cover, if you have a GTS you do.

If you have a GT you dont need to remove the Valve Cover, if you have a GTS you do. Why would it be different??? To me, it looks a bit tight if you dont remove the valve cover to remove it from the top but if you have done it before, I will definitely take your advice and remove it from under the Celi. Also, any other advice that you didnt mention on my other thread? And how long did it take you to install, just trying to get an estimate? I will also try to take some pics and get an install guide for us GT owners.
