Hey I've been coming and checking out this site for a while now and picked up some awesome tips. Now I need your help. Okay heres what happened- I came home from work to find my car was a big block of ice. I went to open the door and there was a piece of ice holding the lever of the handle (the part you lift up) to the piece of plastic trim. It Cracked apart (i didnt even lift hard at all) So nows come the time for me to fix it. Does any one know the part number for that trim piece around the door handle, where to get it? How to replace it? PLease help. Oh yeah I drive a 2000 GTS. Any suggestions would be welcome.

you'd have to check toyota on this, go to your dealer,this happend to my dads van too

I know somewhere on this site is a break down of all the parts and parts numbers for our cars- at least i think there is? Am i talking nonsense?

Okay I at least have an idea of how much the part costs now. Thanks. Now Does anyone have any experience doing this kinda thing?

Has anyone here ever heard of an after market part for this? I think like maybe chrome or aluminumn or carbon fiber would look cool. Anyone know of stuff like this? (other than bluebat's overlays?
