I need to cut a washer out of one of my bolts. Its for two the Bolts that are used to mount the front tanabe lower tie. I bought the MR lower tie but its didnt fit the mounting brackets that came with it. The only thing in the way is the washer that came woth the bolt. Ive tried almost everything..metal cutters etc.. I dont want to have to take it to some metal shop. Is there some hand tools that i could use??? The washer is about 1/4 inch thick..it might be more..but it really thick..any help would be apperciated..thanks.

yeah...the cussing didnt work either I thought about a dremel..i guess that would be the only hand held thing tool thats left. When i put on the bracket..it will be just like replaceing the washer. So it not like there wont a missing peice in between the bolt and the suspenion.
