the thing is that i have a veilside kit and just recently noticed that my bumper is starting to get some stress marks in the bumper and also seen that it's starting to crack. It's cracking from two different place, each one no more than 3 inches, but the thing is that it doesn't seen to be cracked all the way just the surface cause i touched the back side of the bumper and it seems fine.So wanted to know what you guys would do in my case.

Go to a professional. Have them remove your bumper and re enforce the backside with additional fiberglass using professional-grade hardener...

this should keep things from separating any more... or at least got your bumper more strength to last longer thumbsup

...

sorry I don't have any better photos, but here is an example of what re-enforcing something can do to the life of your bumper... the knick that you see at the fender-well on my bumper is pretty bad and has some nice long spider cracks within the first few weeks of the damage. 10,000 miles with the bumper after re-enforcement, nothing has gotten worse and its like it had been frozen in time thumbsup

so isaac i was wondering with yours did you just repair the crack and had to repaint the whole thing , cause i'm thinking that after i have it re-enforced i will end up repainting the whole thing due to a whole bunch of rock chips

nope... just did the backside. The paint was just fine.

I go through my front bumper every month or so, and use touch-up paint to cover all the rock holes. White on red isnt that bad - but white on black (when I use my Revmotion front) is realy obvious!

if you know how to install and uninstall a bumper you can do this at home, get some fiberglass resin and usually you get some hardener for it,and you can just fiberglass the back a bit and your done,it will only cost you like $10 for 32oz of resin

if you get it done professionally, they should use HIGH GRADE industrial materials...

...if not, your just adding more weight to the backside of your bumper and not really bonding all the pieces securely

I may be wrong - but this is how it had been explained to me...
