i am looking into getting suspention and i am not sure of what this really is? are they ajustable? how low and high can i ajust from? are they of good quility?

...i got em...nice, very nice...ride is smooth, bumps get bumpy, but thats i give in...but overall ride quality is great, im very satisfied
