yes waiting list people should order to get in on this batch. I am having 70 intakes made.

No the intake is not CARB legal

It comes in a black rotomolded plastic. Thats the best i can do to help you cali guys. Most cops will think its stock.

CARB is too expensive for the amount of sales i will be doing.

I dont have pics of the new one yet. I should be getting one in my hands within a week or two. Pics will follow very shortly after. Polished is no longer an option as there is too little of demand to make them.

Easy_C, so the special version for CA people might be able to fool the popos? i like that.

but will it be able to transform from SRI to CAI like the others, or will it just be CAI?

You guys are awesome, thank you for thinking about us Cali people too. wave

all the intakes are like that. We decided to use rotomolded because its quicker and more efficient. ANd yes the unsuspecting cop wouldnt think anything of a black plastic intake would they wink. They are ONLY available in black now. Plastic is easy to paint so you fellas that want show quality color matching can be responsible for it now smile

yes its still a 2 piece wink

Is the price the same for the rotomolded version the same as it was for the polished version? I am excited about your stuff, and I think the rotomold is a great idea, but I am thinking it would cost les to make? Maybe not, just wondering. I am thinking about ditching my Injen to get yours. thumbsup

everyone gets priority until the 70 spots fill up wink

Rotomolded costs the same as the steel. its a better design and business decision to go molded which is why i ditched steel smile

Thats what I thought also. Man I really liked that red one, only all black huh? If it had to be painted to match, that would make it like a $275-300 intake give or take a few bucks. frown

see and i think that is bullshit. i know i'm prolly the only one that thinks so but thats fine. i have been trying to get this intake before anyone on this site wanted one, back when everyone had doubts. back then we had a deal of 135 for the intake and 15 for shipping so a total of 150. then the priced for the intake got jacked up to 170 or something and i was to get free shipping. now after numerous pms sent and months of waiting i still dont have one, and if i do it will cost me 200 + shipping and i cant even get the polished red one i wanted. not very business like to me. this is one unhappy customer who wont being buying anything. this is ashame too because the hp gains were great, i even test drove your car and loved the way it sounded and the pull it gave.

Contact me privately. The price got jacked up due to my prices with the new shop. I'm sorry the accomodation of your color choice will not be satisfied, but I have many many other customers who want intakes now, and I made the conscientious decision to produce them in a cost and time effective manner. I'd still keep my word to you on the 150 but red is NOT offered. That's the best I can do for you at this time.

Can't make everyone happy frown

But for the record, it was originally 150 + shipping, then went to 180 + shipping, now its 200 shipped (180 + shipping).

not only you can feel lift, you can hear it! a header added to it will definetly make the lift sound like a different engine kicking in
