My 2000 gts came with the (i think) stock keyless entry. When locking and unlocking it only flashes the lights. Is there a simple DUI project to make it so there's a sound too? (helps during the day when the lights are hard to see in the sun)

Mine used to make the beep now all it does is blink lights, and i'm still trying to figure out how to make the beep noise come back.

Mine is a GT. When I reset the ECU, the alarm works with sound and everything. But once I turn on the ignition, and get out of the car to lock/unlock the car, I lose the sound and only have keyless remote entry.

Does anyone know how much it is to put a keyless entry into the car? I'm thinking of getting one

to reset ecu either unplug negative battery cable or put key to accessory and press gas halfway down 3 times
