I'm pretty sure what spaz meant to say was that the power wires that run in the trunk aren't appropriate to tap into in order to power any sort of powerful audio equipment. You need to run appropriate gauge wire from the battery with a properly sized fuse and if you <heart> your alternator a capacitor.
So in short; nope. If you decide to try, you will blow a fuse and possibly a relay.
Your door sills are made large enough to accommodate the electrical that is required to power your subs... running from your battery, through firewall, along/under the door sills/scuff plates, between the interior side paneling of your back seats and into your trunk space...

yup you will have to run an amp kit and have an amp to power the sub.
