Now you can run the support software for the GReddy e-manage or the FCDatalogit software for the PowerFC without the need for a traditional laptop in your car. I like it.
I get my kicks on EC.

That is very cool. Nice work. I was thinking of having a laptop that slides out of the dash. Not sure how that would fit in our dash though.

I needed over $2,000 for all system ...(include gps,tv tuner)
I have lived in Eugene Oregon..but now I am in seoul I got the parts in seoul korea... Unfortunately The shop is not worldwide seller..
The monitor housing is not work softly.. and I can't get a new 7"lcd pannel, I put a used pannel
but I don't feel discomfort...
I have just one problem.. how can i connect pc to audio system..
maybe I will use audio AUX plug...

for the audio if you have an amp it should be easy.. rca adapter outta your headphone/speaker jack. If you don't have one you still would need to buy one in order to get sound outta it. Heard some people say celica has factory amp.. wouldn't know how to wire it in.. but any radio shop should be able to do it for about 75 bucks.

yeah or you could even put a puter in your trunk and run wires to the front for video and keyboard mouse you could get a whole computer setup for 300 bucks if you did that.. plus the cost of the monitor.. which was probably close to a grand.. fullsize computer in trunk would be cheaper than a laptop.. just don't know how it would hold up driving around and you'd have to go to the trunk to put DVD's and CD-roms into the computer unless you got a really long IDE cable to run a CD rom dvd unit to the front as well. there might be enough room under the seat to put a MB a powersupply and a harddrive.. would need a way to keep them protected when going over bumps though.. some kind of case.
