please somebody help me with check engine light my car has i've tried everything from cleaning the maf sensor, to checking the hoses, cleaning different sensor connections and cleaning the throttle body and nothing has worked. I took it to my mechanic to scan it and it comes the code "p0171 lean system" he found no vacuum leaks and suspects that the maf sensor is bad. i really don't know what to do all i know is that the light came on two weeks ago when i washed the engine to remove some oil. the light didn't come right away but two days later i cleaned everything and reset the ecu but the ligth came back and is been like that i you know anything please tell me i freaking worried now. thanks confused
