Run's great now!

Dealer told me to reinstall factory to fix the problem, but they still work on my car with the intake on

Reset ECU several times and noticed the CEL only comes on when outside temp is 50+ or the relative humidity is high. Checked the "blue and black wire situation" and it all looks good. Was driving in the rain on freeway and suddenly the CEL popped up. Thought it was hydrolocking but it was nothing. Went home and reset ECU and its gone now. We'll see if CEL pops up again anytime soon.

Bought and replaced the MAF and still has this problem. I think I idle around 600 and below. Sometimes to where it acts like its choking to death.

Twice in 1-year. Both times I was running at 70-80 mph for about 90 minutes when the CEI light came on.

EVER HAD A CEL DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE INTAKE?: NO Any additional information: I like the black hoses and elbow fittings it came with. Nothing against orange but I like a more of a stock look. Love the CAI. Between the cool sound and power increase it feels like a miniature Ferrari motor under the hood.
