I'm doing this, but I don't know which wire is to be treated as the ground and which one to be treated as the power. There was a post on here a few months ago with a really good diagram. Thanks.

Did you try the search function ... serach for "neons" and go through the pages.

MMMmmm... this has been covered so many times ...


Well there's always a wire with a stripe on it and a wire with no stripe.

Wire with stripe = Ground

Wire without stripe = Power

just test it out on the neons first then mark the neg or pos wire.

BTW it's a DC circuit so you can't mess anything up it you hook it up backwards. Just flip-flop the wires if you do and everything will be fine.
