thanks for all the feedback.
not too concerned 'bout the dollar aspect. i have full coverage plus aftermarket coverage. of course, his insurance will pay everything including my rental.
only this accident is just a pain in the ass. i have so many parts just sitting around and so many more on back order. now, i have to wait for the hood again and see how long vis will take to get the shipment from their stock to across the country.
looked like the damage was just the crushed hood and the headlight. but somehow my shop found $2004.27 worth of damage...
