Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior help with back seats...customizing here

I planned on taking my back seats out and putting some carpet down in place and putting fiberglass panel (just like making a sub box)and have that in place..makes car lighter but don't know how to go about doing it and need suggestions..if i could, i would like it that back to look like a supra or 300zx (not 2+2) cause i like the 2 seater with hatch right there...any suggestions...if it helps i plan on putting 2 subs and 2 amps in the back in the future and some NOS...any suggestions or thoughts...

I would like to try and help, but not sure what you're really trying to do. Do you want subs in the trunk or right behind the front seats?

thanks The subs when i finally get them i would rather have them in the trunk but i don't know...just want some ideas what i should do to make this work...ill be getting a C2Power turbo stage 2 sometime with internals so ill be running about 10-14 psi daily so this will help make me faster anyways, just some ideas man, thats all

Sweet man, my friend had one until someone ran a red light and hit him in the front I loved that car lol...twin turbo with 400+ hp in that thing...yes it had some stuff done to it but it was sooo nice...anyways, i am going to spend money on turbo so want have a lot to spend on system right away but i was planning on having two 10s in the back and then the two amps since ill be getting speakers and also i will end up getting the Eclipse head unit someday i wish it would come tomorrow..lol...any suggestions would be great on how to do this and any suggestions on all the sound system parts would be great..thanks bro sweet ride man

i was planning on doing the same thing, but no glass. just take out the seats, smooth over where they were and put some carpet down. i already have a nice (and expensive) box that im keeping where it is. other than that, good luck!

it depends if i put anything in there..i just might carpet over and stuff...depends what it will look like.
