I'm taking off my spoiler, cause it's kinda damaged and is messing up the paint on the car. So, if it rains will that cause a problem with those little holes left behind?

i did the same..i got some colored vinyl and put them over the holes just in case. never had problems.

Here's a thought: Holes in your car + rain = rain inside your car.
