parker from ipt motorsports called me today about a dispute that we have been having about him overcharging me, not sending all the products when he still charged me for them, and sending me the wrong stuff, he sent the wrong valve cover at first, then after threatening to get a lawyer involved, he amazingly started to answer his phone, he ended up sending the right one, and saying he re credited my card, so i told him i was going to hold the wrong cover he sent me until the credit went through, that was over a month ago, he called me today, ( about 50 times ) and when i answered he asked where it was, i told him i didnt recieve the credit yet and was still holding his product, he then began insulting me and said that if i dont give him back the valve cover he was going to quote " come up to pennsylvania and kick your fuc*ing a$$ " so can someone please hold me i am shaking uncontrolably and am deathly afraid, ha ha ha what a joke, i wish that little faggot would come up to my house, but if he does he better kiss his loved ones good bye. i dont think i have ever dealt with a more unprofessional person in my life, what a punk, just thought i would share that story with everyone, incase you buy something from parker, you better make sure that everything is taken care of or him and his " posse " might pull a 187 on your ass yo!!!!! lmao parker eat a fat one

get a lawyer for yourself. if you havent received the reimbursement for your credit card, then you have every right to hold on to the items.

he told you that you would get reimbursed for the stpuid shit he did, but havent gotten it.

well, get the cc statement from last month and get the cc company to provide docs. showing that there hasnt been a credit yet. call IPT and ask let them know that you would like the mailing address for THEIR lawyer and then send a letter with the docs. to them. Then sit back and see if IPT can fit both feet in their mouth what ever you do dont fly off the handle while on the phone, be kind and also STOP POSTING OFF THE HANDLE COMMENTS ON THE INTERNET! they can use all of that against you in the legal process

I can't believe someone hasn't sued them yet. I have heard so many different stories from different people that they always overcharge their credit card. It has gone way beyond a mistake.

That's ridiculous. I made a purchase on the internet a while back, then when I got a shitty product, and the company's customer service refused to give me a refund, I filed a complaint with Paypal. Well the guy starts sending me all these threatening emails (exact quote: "YOU THINK YOU CAN FILE UR FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINT ABOUT ME! THINK AGAIN! I WILL HAVE YOU REPORTED!"

The problem with internet sales is that anybody can get into them, and you don't have a face/personality to match with the person that you're trusting. If you have a performance shop near your house, it's usually easier to go there and use a middle man to help get you what you need. They generally have better contacts.

Exactly, so much easier to do it this way. That is why i am going to get Piaa bulbs from Ziggy's in Hyannis instead of the ones here again cause of really bad customer service (and yes, i have sent PM's ).

ohhhh i dealt with that asshole for 3 months till i got what i needed...first it took 2 months to get half the parts...then he didnt know he didnt send me everything so i had to draw a pic of the parts i needed...then another month later i got everything dont even try callin...he never answers his fuckin phone
