Quick question - I want to disable my DRL's and I looked at the install guide but it is pretty brief. How do you get to those wires? What parts do you have to take off(and how)? I have a manual, so could I just take off the shift boot to get to it? Thanks

Wouldn't it be easier if you just remove the bulbs from the socket?

to take out the shift boot, all you need is a flat screw driver. The piece surrounding the shifter simply lift out with a flat screw driver. There no screws. You should see the wire harness and the wires once you remove that piece. Good luck.
