coilovers if you wanna have freedom of which height and a better ride all together. getting springs depends on how much you want to drop it, not something anyone can just tell you to get.

I dunno...
I've never seen those before and I don't like the fact that they are so cheap. I would say save up and do it right. If your going to drop the car then I would highly suggest that you get new shocks.
My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10 of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!

umm if you have 300 for lowering your car...just get some lowering springs. coilovers are pricey costing you more than a grand. and that just the coil overs. i say you get some sportlines.

The Tein S-Tech springs lower the car 1.4 inches all around. I had them on my old GT. I liked them. I got them off of ebay for $110 brand new. Just make sure to cut the bump stop so you don't bottom out. It looked good to me.

^^ I'm gonna put them on my GTS over the Christmas break. I'm probably going to upgrade the shocks too pretty soon. I hear they wear out after like a year with lowering springs if you don't have high performance shocks/sturts. Does anybody know?

was wondering about the safty and performance of springs and coilovers. Saw a civic just run off the road and hit a tellephone poll going 30 for no reason at all. was wondering if shitty suspention parts could do that. I heard ride quality can be bumpier with coilovers, but I don't mind as long as my ride stays on the road.

^If you lower your car the proper way you shouldn't have that problem.
Cutting you springs which is probably what the Civic did is a big no-no!
Putting lowering springs on your stock struts is also not the best idea since the damper of the stock struts is not meant for lowering springs.
I hihgly suggest that for the best quality drop that you either get a full coil over kit or springs/shocks combo.
My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10 of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!
