i always liked the tc. the main reason i actually consider trading in the celica for a blue indigo ink pearl tc was to have one of the few modified tcs driving around.

Seriously, I feel the same way. The celica is the red-headed step-child of the Toyota family.   Dude, the Celica is not the red-headed step child. My Spyder is. If you think Toyota don't give a shit about the Celica, try buying a Spyder from them...it's twice as bad.

toyota really never did anything for both the mr2/s and the celica...anything ranging from options to advertising.
