i went to go get my car transfered to utah the other day, then they tell me i need to get a safety inspection cause its an 02... ok my parents 01 and 99 dont need to but ok whaterver ill do it. i go there and they call my name and tell me ill have to get my tint removed cause its too dark? this is just stupid i just had the drivers window redone last winter and now i gotta get both the rolldowns redone? thats just stupid, i would think being we are in the desert with three months of autumn and the rest summer the tine law would be less restrictive then north dakota, but no anyways i went this morening and had em redone to 50% in the front... thats just my rant

sorry to hear that bro..thats just the way it goes.
tint is more about 'safety' than temperature/weather though. sure a darker tint makes your car heat up much slower than a car without tint...but cops like to be ablet to see whose driving and whats going on inside the car for their own safety..which makes some sense.

50%? That's re-fuckin-diculous. I live in NC and our legal is 36%...and I thought we had it really bad.
I'd be quite pissed off if we could only have 50%
