Well we have the FMIC mounted, looks like we can save the 5mph bumper. gonna use the CAI as the piping from the intercooler to intake manifold. the header and exhuast is off, and gauges mounted and ran ready to be hooked up. the fuel pump assembly is out and we are having problems with the walbro being to big for the hole, any one know how to get around this?

We are going to try and match the red on all the piping to the AEM CAI. as you can see we are just going to use the CAI as the piping from the intercooler to the intake manifold. the little piece with the blue coupler isent going to be what we use but it gives you an idea of how well the CAI will fit in.

Thanks, GT what kind of gauges should I get? Im planning on painting the pilar pod to match the interior plastics. The install is running me about 900 because they are building custom intercooler piping and a custom downpipe along with fuel system upgrade, exhaust, and gauges. Ill post a thread after all is said and done with exactly how much I paid which is gonna be less than 3K AFTER install. and its not a C2 or stafford kit, completly custom.

Well, thats how much it is amounting too as of right now half way through the install. If there are no problems, then yes it will be around 3K. Ill post a new thread about my kit in detail after I have it up and running.

what kind of ECU are you going to be using? you gonna replace internals and tranny? is that going to be a daily driven car?

Im running a Split second Black box off a Stafford kit. I have to let my bank account recover now, upgraded internals are on the horizon, tranny...probubly not. This is my daily driver so im going to keep everything conservitive.

My whole kit should end up right around 3k or so, and we are using the power fc, and getting new injectors.

the picture shows everything done so far, I think they where working on the fuel rail last time I called. Yes I have Split second ECU piggyback system. I have no idea what the numbers are going to be, it could be anywhere from 180-230 or 0 if we cant get it to work for some reason.
