for front? back? or both? it's pretty easy actually. i never had them on the celica, but did had it once on the paseo. on the front, the are clips on the wheelwell, install it from there. the lower rear bumper by the wheelwell have 2 screws, mount it from that location...

it's real easy  i've done it on mine.. i didn't even take off the tires but would be easier if you did.. just follow the directions it came with and not problem at all
