hello,
i was searching ebay tonite for a TRD spoiler and i came across a bolt on part that bolts into your exhaust and it's like $20 it supposely makes your car sound like it has a turbo, when it actually doesnt increase HP at all... what do you guys think, you ever see one or hear one? sounds like it'd be a cool lil thing to add, lemme know

ok if ur putting that on your car to actually make people believe you have a turbo i'd say no.. but if you have money to blow and your doing it for shytz and gigglez then i'd say go for it

Repost x billion.  Theres actually two kinds of turbo noise makers. The one you stick in the exhaust pipe. The other actually makes the noise of a BOV, comes from your engine bay. I have no idea how either work, but its funny to think about. Why not just save up and get a turbo?

i don't remember who said it, but you can make your car sound like a turbo by redlining in 3rd and shifting to 2nd.

no i think it would be cool! Come on guys think about it, you're driving and sounding all turbo'd. Then someone says nice car what kind of turbo you got and you just stand there with a glazed over deer in the head lights look. That's cool, that's cool personified.

i'd give it a go. but make sure you get the whistle and BOV combination. but if you are confronted by people who wnat to see your turbo, get ready for a beat down.

its a tailpipe whistle, and the fake bov is called the sunami, check the website. http://www.sunamiturbo.com My friend put one on his stang GT for shits and giggles and no one fucked with him anymore cause they thought he had a turbo stang and were scared of it, it was funny as hell
