i got a trd short shfiter assembly for a 2000 celica w/ a generic shifter for 80+snh. deacrease of 40% in shifting.

that assembly does look different.

but as a note my b&m shortshifter used the stock shift assmebly..only the shifter, knob, & parts were what you buy. im sure twm is the same way although im not certain.

just wondering how the new assembly fits and if there are any problems with it.

yea i did like it i just got a trd and used my old assembly. and sell the new one so i can get a couple more bucks out of it. but the shifter is used. assembly new.
