DESCRIPTION:

This is the clear fuel filler door and aluminum racing gas cap formerly offered by TRD, U.S.A. Now offered in limited quantities in the US. It is a genuine Toyota part, but is offered only in Japan, and must be imported. But I have 2 in stock, thats right no wait time!

NOTES: (1) As this is a Japanese-sourced part, it is subject to delays from time to time. (2) The rivets to the fuel filler door must be drilled out in order to install, but it's very easy.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WARRANTY:

No warranty at this time, however it is manufactured by Toyota Motor Corp., so you can buy with confidence.

Price: $215.00 Shipped.. but I only have two left.. the first two to PM me saying they want it get it! thumbsup

well you have to understand your paying for more for availability then the actual product.. you can order it for $170. pay $10-$20 for shipping then wait 4-6 months until they get they're shipment.. I guess it depends on how bad you want it.. simple economics.. supply and demand rice

I normally do not take sides...

However there are sometimes better deals on a lot of JDM or Custom Items if you take the time and look around. A lot of ppl are Impatient and Want It Now and I beleive that is GroupBuy4Celica Business Tactic and there absolutlely nothing wrong with that! Additionaly he has two of these doors...In Stock..Ready To Ship. If you want one of these and do not want to wait for whatever the time period may be or just too lazy too shop around, then 215.00 Shipped is not a bad price at all.
Although this Door is not that Rare or hard to find anymore since a quite a bit of them flooded the US Market a few months ago, you still have to have the connections to get your hands on them.

To be fair though you can get them for 170.00...Actually $169.00 from A US Toyota Dealer which is listed above by VSGTS. That Dealer is Actually Carson Toyota in california and they usually have one in stock. However right now they do not and the ship time will be about a month from time of order.

GroupBuy4Celica is not trying to make a shitpile of money from this offer but I beleive he does want to make some profit for his efforts and expenses.

If someone is offering and item at a really ridiculous price then yeah go ahead and leave a post in that thread but if you know of a slightly lower price that is in stock somwehere or a private seller has one elswhere then be Fair and Courteous and send the Seller a PM or email with the lower price /availabilty information instead of starting a Low Ball Discussion in a For Sale or Group Buy Thread.
Who knows a PM or email might get you a lower price from a respect factor.

FYI: I do not even know or have spoken to GroupBuy4Celica before but I have seen a lot of buys he has run here and I have never seen anyone burned for overpricing.

Later..Gunny

ship time from carson is 4 weeks
i agree your buy is for the impatient, its just a lot don't wanna have to spend 200+ on a gas lid, when that extra 30+ can go towards something else and be used to something else. get it?
being patient is worth it isn't it? i'd rather wait and use that extra that can buy me another mod thumbsup
ive seen it for 200 also from west covina..
you should really lower the price.

I will let you know if I get some more.. I usually dont like to sell JDM parts unless they are actually in stock because the wait is outrageous sometimes.. but if I get anymore I will post it again!
