wut bout the mileage if you get it from the junkyard. plus buying a new cluster will cost you hundreds.

i though the mileage would be somewhere other than the cluster and the reading just popped up there so i didnt think of that and i have a call in on the gauge cluster and am still waiting on a price

I would do it for you if you paid for shipping both ways.

I did this to two clusters already (mine and a friend's) and also did it to my stock GTS radio.

Just let me know. Probably be a lot cheaper than sending it to a company.

BTW, the reason the gauge face is dark in this picture is because I have an aftermarket gauge face and I didn't have them on at the time. If I were to go back to stock, the face would be red like the needles.

No, they would transfer the miles, or use the last service mileage as an estimate most likely.

Radio LED Swap...

Kinda looks orange in the picture, but in reality it's a bright red. So bright that you can see the light on the ceiling of the car at night.

I installed mine and it really as hard as it looks. I had not solder anything in a long time and got them all installed correctly the 1st time!

i would say its not easy. we did the radio LEDs and these things are damn small. if you have experience, then go for it. if not, then open it up and see for urself and just try one and test and see if you really wanna do it.

Give it a shot yourself. It's really easy, and I learned by doing it on my gauges the first time.

The boards can take a lot of abuse too, so unless you are a brute, you should be able to easily do it yourself.

i think maybe you convinced to try if you all say its doable-the only thing i was worried about is ruining the board if i dropped solder on it or something like that-blue would look a lot better than orange so i'll do it-thanks for the advice
