does anyone know if 18x7.5 48+ will fit nicely? or is the offset to much?

I think the offset you are looking for is around 35 or 37. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

You could probably use spacers but it's best not to. Our stock offset is +39 so I think you can safely go up to +45 mine are +42 and they're fine.
