they're comparatively priced to most other coilovers. they have good quaility and are a nice modest choice for the celica (i.e. not too harsh, but not too soft). like i said, they are coils so they are up there in price

I don't think they're an adjustable spring (coilover) + shock combo like tein, tanabe, JIC Magic etc. I believe the TRD shocks are seperate.
I get my kicks on EC.

they only adjust for height...you get get then for a pretty decent price on ebay. I think it was $695 shipped. It comes with shocks and coilovers..and other need parts for install. Im going to get them myself when my Tokicos blow.
