Look I admit it, I'm a ricer on the outside I bought my front bumper off of Curious02 (Carlos). Its in good condition and only needs minor glassing and a new coat of 1D0. Fitment is great, few gaps but that can be easily adjusted to fit perfectly. I just love this front bumper; the curves - the damn sexiness to it compared to the US-spec Blitz front. Well, its black for now; which makes it look like my Celica has a bra on Im going to post a few pictures Wait until I am done, please!you are what you eat.

yah, I plan on getting ADR Fuels early next year. As for sides and rear, I've chosen VS EC-1 sides and rear to go along with the front, as well as getting the veilside front. (veilside kit from GroupBuy4Celica) Maka, no I didnt. I bought this from an EC member. I reckon' ( ) it was better buying a blitz kit from someone who has already had it fitted - that way i dont buy a useless kit.

Before I write anything more I just want to say I appreciate your comments and hard work. I haven't been able to give my opinion lately and you are the first due to maybe some more important force drawing me... I don't care if you are a ricer and I don't believe that (just makes it easier on you saying that, from replies like mine). I just don't like it and never have before. The bumper of course. The Celica has sharp and clean lines to begin with. That protrusion on the front reminds me of something to plow away the snow or pick up garbage. It looks like a sharks head on a Campbell's Soup can if you get my descriptions. Of course, everything will be better once you get the additional body parts, but still not my style or preference. Good luck and a good job so far. I'll be waiting for the final pics when it's all said and done. Once again, I applaud all of the hard work you have done and the much more hard work you have in the future. Good luck!

Looks like it fits great, if you like it, I say you couldnt have done better fittment wise. Post up more pics as you progress with the sides/rear and getting it painted.
That said, I have a full Blitz kit also for sale, never painted. I like the kit, I just really wanna go Veilside on my Celica and have this blitz kit sitting in my garage. PM me if you are in the market... your car could look as good as Zero's!!!

hmm my car certainly did transform yes it did. i plan on collecting several front bumpers (like Isaac) and just swap them out when i feel like it. but the rear and sides will always be vs1. anyways, on my list of fronts: Veilside EC-1 Veilside FF GT Vizage I like the style of these three and the blitz.

I don't understand the difference between US spec and JDM. Heres a pic of my blitz (in primer) when I test fitted it, I think its US spec, but I see no difference between the two? Can someone help a brother out? BTW Zero, looks good.

The "Blitz" bumper is made by APC. There isn't a "JDM" version.

there are differnt styles of it. mainly dealing with how low down they go. i guess they are jsut called us and jdm becsaue i have herd everyone call them that. so they are probably not jdm but jsut given that title and its the easiest way to say which you have

The "Blitz" bumper is made by APC. There isn't a "JDM" version. i got the term "JDM-style" or "JDM-spec" from here: https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/thread.f_93073_0_collapsed_5__1.htmlapparently there are three versions of the blitz front bumper that greatly differ from one another. US-spec Polyurethane - Much larger than the fiberglass US-spec. One of the biggest front bumpers for the Celica. US-spec Fiberglass - The version which GRCelica has. Slightly small than the polyurethane and bigger than the JDM-spec blitz. JDM-spec Fiberglass - as you can see in the picture from the link, it is the smallest version of the blitz front bumper. I choose this version because its not as low as the 2 US-spec versions.

The "Blitz" bumper is made by APC. There isn't a "JDM" version. there is no real company that owns the rights to the Blitz kit. the only Blitz (front bumper) that is most likely to have a company name is the US-spec Polyurethane version - which is APC

hmm, let me find the other review i made on the blitz fronts. EDIT: here's the link Blitz front comparisonBTW, i hope i dont sound like a cocky mofo, i just want people to know that there are differences - especially for those people who want a blitz kit too but dont want to go through the hardships with the very low US-spec version.

There's a problem about buying the Blitz kit: most online stores use different versions of the front bumper for the picture of the kit.
fitment is a different issue, apparently the one i have and the white-primered one in the picture i posted have close to perfect fitment (from far).
you should make a WTB ad in the classified forum. hopefully someone might be selling a jdm-style blitz front.
