I need help with how much boost my car can handle with the internals stock also with 310cc or 510

for a GT with stock internals anything more than 6psi is pushing it. Hopefully you're upgrading your fuel pump as well as injectors. I'd say keep it around 6psi and not over unless you do some internal work. The 310 or 510 injectors will help make your engine perform better with the turbo, but unless you do some internal work it's not going to get you any more boost safetly.

6 psi is super safe. I personally would do 8-9 psi.

nope. if he goes with the bigger injectors he'll definitely not have to worry.

I am doing 10psi with stock internals,and running for 1,5 year now. Finn.
