teamcelica has one that's black, but I don't see blue...
Most of them are overpriced but you can make them yourself for about $10.

the blue ones that you usually see on celicas are either custom made or else its from ebay

Yea I got my charcoal grey ones from TeamCelica, you can custom order blue ones for $40 like stated above tho.
