Alright, I was just on the phone today with a company that has produced some parts for my custom setup and they told me that they where going to go ahead and begine a mass production kit for the 1ZZ celica. This company has been boosting MR-2 spyders for a few years and knows the 1ZZ like the back of their hand and they have helped me a lot with my project. They produced a flawless log manifold for me and I will be using their custom 410cc injectors and pretuned greddy emanage. Their kit on the MR-2 has produced 240 HP and that is what they are expecting out of my kit since I am using their fuel system.
Im not going to disclose the name of the company yet because they used the term "Unveiling" the turbo kit, so I dont want to rain on their up and comming parade. I dont know prices, or an exact release date, but I can tell you it will be a high quality kit, because they have a gret service/success record with their MR-2's.
this is great. i was gonna buy a c2 kit, but my parents want me to get one from the US in case it has any problems. i know you don't have an exact date, but you think you can guess at ABOUT when? like before summer you think, or later?
Keep us updated! I cant wait, since my SRT-4 deal fell through. After driving it I'm addicted to BOOST!
What happened?
Well, I put $3k down on it and then the dealer sold it. I called and told them I was on my way to pick it up (it was in MI and I'm in IL) and they then told me that they sold it. They also said that they weren't going to give me my money back. When I told my dad about this he flipped shit and now we are taking the dealer to court to get my money back.
Then, I started thinking about having a payment and I really don't want one so I'm just gunna keep the Celica for now...
My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10 of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!
What's the dealer's name? that sucks... That's right take them to court and make sure you got your money back plus additional expenses like gas and other fees.
Well the release date could be as soon as a couple weeks from now, they are waiting to see how the fuel system turns out on my car. I think if I have great feedback for them they will give it the green light. they are located in New England. unfortuantly they are only working on the 1ZZ kit right now because it will be so similar to their Mr-2 kit, but they do have extensive knowledge of toyota engines and it wouldn't surprise me if they followed up with a GTS kit if the GT kit is succesful.

Why does most of the turbo kit comes from Europe. Damn! I wonder how much will it cost to have that shipped and installed. I just hope they can stand up with C2power's customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Sorry about that. Please keep me updated. Since I am keeping my Celica, I am going to turbo it. So, if this kit is the best out there when it is done, I will be buying one.

(Pnoy) Are you talking about me saying that the company is located in New England? because New England is another term for the north eastern united states.
