i believe you can mount the harnesses to the stock rear seat belt mounting points, but i could be wrong. i have a set of corbeau A4's coming in tomorrow though so i'll post telling how the install went and show some pics too .
the harnesses i got are corbeau double release 3 points which have a buckle on the back end behind the seat. this way you can unbuckle the back half and have the rear seat accessible if someone needs to get back there. check them out on www.corbeau.com [corbeau.com] if you wanna find out more.

Ideally you should mount those harnesses at shoulder level. Mounting it low like on the rear seat buckle might cause your spine to compress in an accident (not good). It will be safer use the stock seatbelts in that case. I am not that familiar with your celicas yet so I do not know if there is a good reinforced point at the backboard (or behind the backboard at the trunk) where you can install your harness.
Actually I did some research and sparco sells the bolts that your seatbelts clip into. You could drill some into your floor and attach the belt. This way you wouldn't lose your backseat.
