lol why did this come back it's like 3 months old now... and i just loged on and saw it... Slow compaired to what, ur GTS. I would hope so considering my engine power is 95whp and urs is around 168... it's a good run for what the car is

I'm sorry, but there is no way a 4-dr jetta that weighs almost 3000lbs can do 0-60 in 7-8 seconds with the base 2L 95whp motor (115hp)! You only got intake plus you've added some serious weight with your stereo system, plus I think you had your buddy in the car too. Your method of timing is highly inaccurate. We can't tell if your going downhill or what either. Heck I can drive downhill and show you a 3-4 sec 0-60 on my celica too. Find a flat straight-away and borrow someone's G-TECH meter, and show us a video of that in daylight, then I'll believe it.

first off no one was in my car.. second off that was a time when i had no subs in the car what so ever, because the subs went wacko.. third where i did it there was no hill up or down... second off when i drive you know when ur trying to do all of this you don't think about giving good camera angles so everyone can believe that you actually did this. I gave a video back in december and thats what everyone always yells i want a video to prove it, sorry i can't hire a camera crew to take every angle you guys want. god at night trying to do this in a manuel while holding a camera is not easy anyone that has ever done this alone in a manuel knows what i'm talking about.
