If it says stainless steel, all of it is. And your bumper will be fine. I hear the Greddy fitment is superb. Congrats, and enjoy. thumbsup

when they say 115mm does that mean tip size or like the size of the piping. kuz the trd size is like 100 mm i believe and i think it looks huge.

115 would be just the tip.

your fitment will be perfect.. with the 1 exception.. i had a greddy evo on my gts but i have the trd kit.. and under my rear bumper.. i have 2 metal tow hangers/hooks (at least thats what i think they are) the mechanic removed the passenger side by the stock exhaust so that the greddy would sit perfectly. 2 things i didnt like about the greddy... way too quiet.. on every other car its made for it has a nicer growl.. and... its the heaviest exhaust about 36lbs .. i opted for the tanabe wave
good luck with your greddy though.. it looks awesome from the back

oh and i believe the muffler canister and tip are the only things that are stainless steel.. the rest of it like the resonator.. and other piping.. is.. a different color.. kinda like a light brown or sand color.

Even with the round SUS mufflers & large piping diameters, the Evo's new offset tip design can still improve road clearance in most models. Another benefit is the appearance of a small muffler on the car which provides excellent sound suppression. Evo systems tend to use the largest piping diameters possible for maximum flow, while still being ideal for street use. The piping on this exhaust starts out at 60mm and grows to 70mm, and the tip is 115mm.
