i live in the middle of the desert so there's no way we can get that type of cold here. it gets like 110+ in the summers around here.

Lasherccl: What about late at night or early morning? It's suppose to be pretty cold in deserts at night since there are no clouds to keep the heat within our lower atmosphere.

But yes the cold outside does help alot. especially on the face-lifted Celicas from 03+ as they have an opening that goes right to a valve that pops open. I definitely notice a nice improvement in the cold, even in the summer time because the lack of cloud effect at night can make it quite chilly so that's nice cruising during the day with the windows down and the system up and then slight performance increase at night and ready to race. cool

Same here. One good thing about AZ is the winters though, unless you live for 1/4 times!

I used to hang out at a custom chopper shop(long b-4 the days of OC Choppers). This big heavy set dude used to come in all the time saying, "Robbie you need to make my scooter faster". So long story short a month after the guy spent big bux on Mikuni carb, White Bros cam, exhaust, and big bore kit he came back into the shop and said again to Robbie,"it's still not fast enough". Robbie stopped what he was doing threw his wrench down looked straight faced at the guy and said, "you want to make that bike really fast, go to Jenny Craig and drop 100 lbs, your bike will will f'n scream"! rofl
