Hey everyone. I was just wondering if there were any Major differences in GTS Engines. especially years 00' and 02'. and Which of the years would be the best if it matters.

no difference there, but in 03 they used an electronic throttle. The ones WITHOUT electronic throttle are better cause you can use the PFC

^There's really no benifit in changing it. You need a PFC.

The only differances were products of other parts, I don't believe any thing changed on the engine itself. Yes mid to late '02 production the redline was 7800rpm and the cut-off was 8200rpm, and yes in '03+ there is an electronic throttle response which to me is more responsive than cable and I've driven both.

thats not right even a lil bit.

ALL 2002 models had the early rev limiter at 7800 rpms. only 2000-2001 & 2003-2005 have the 8350 rev limiter.
