Celica Forums General Discussion Engine and Performance I need help on shocks somebody

I have never been happy w/ my stock shocks since first day i got this car.
and also after I put eibac sportline springs(2'drop), it got more bumpier... really bounce too much... So Im trying to put new better shocks
but dont know which shocks are gonna be better for my celica.I wanna have comfort ride... Somebody help me ~~

Any Mcpherson type strut/shock for the celica will not last with eibach sportlines because they're too low. If you insist on replacing your struts and keeping those springs, look into kyb agx struts.

yea I was looking at 2 kyb products GR-2(GasShocks/Struts) and
AGX (AdjustableShocks/Struts). These are not Mcpherson type shocks right?
Have you use the AGX shocks/struts before?

I'm going to keep things simple, just get celica specific struts made by AGX... they are all mcpherson type.

whatever you do dont get anything from tanabe. their customer service is shite.

so are you worried about customer service or the actual part?
