eek i didn't realize how much i was missing out on.
install was simple, the hardest part was that stupid little retainer clip thing.

but WOW, the throw was wayyy shorter than the stock, i'm so not use to it at all.
first time i was like eek

i still can't get over how short the throw is.
best mod yet.

yea, the interior is filthy, gonna clean it tomorrow.

B&M has the shorter, smoother throw

TWM is just a short rod, does nothing.

I'm just curious. How does the B&M behave in neutral moving it side by side and up and down between any of the gears not engaging the transmission (not fully up or down just in the neutral position)?

By the way, Billy, I love your gauges. Reminds me of the A4 in my driveway. The only way to go in my opinion. Great job on all.

i am making my head light indicator blue to match the other blue.

and eric even though the twm has a longer bottom doesn't mean the throw could be shorter.
jameson went over this a while back, b&m supposedly had a shorter throw.

Like I said before, moving the stick side to side and up and down without engaging the transmission or clutch. How does it feel? When or where does the shifter move back into position when you push it all the way to the right side or left side? Is there a little play going into every gear without engaging the transmission?
Test it out.

yeah it is, its longer on the bottom and the aluminum bushings raise up the assembly making the top have to move a shorter distance no matter what the length is even if you keep it at the height it was stock to get the same movement from the bottom half.
