Hello, people, another sound question, I got my GTS with a lot of problems (and still bought at $32) but that just makes it unique right? Well, trying to get some of that uniqness taken off of it, lol, for instance this clicking noise that my passanger window makes everytime it goes up, I don't know what it is and it doesn't always happen, but I'm afraid it might be damaging the window, should I take it in? What do I tell them since it doesn't always happen?

WOAH you paid $32 for your GTS as in $32k !? I paid $25k for mine NEW. Unless that shit had an engine done up in GOLD you got stiffed. Where'd you buy it???
Moving on, from experience it sounds like at some point the previous owner took the glass out and tried to tint it or something then put the glass back in. Happened to my friend when he tinted the windows in his tacoma. Got a ticking sounds as well. It's prolly the window being off center slightly on the mounts or the motor hitting something when it's cranking the window up. You can either take the door pannel off an check it out yourself or bring it in. Depending on what it is, the window should be fine but the motor is prolly under a bit of stress.

Yeah, found out it was 35 actually, it's auto, new, action package, leather seats, sportshift, plus it was GTS so, I guess that also factors in. But it was a birthday/cristmas present from my parents, I'm giving it to my sis next year though.

32k... Wow... Whoever sold you the car got a hefty commission. All options included shouldn't account to that. The windows in Celicas always seem to have issues. I still have to replace my weatherstrip on the driver's side because rain leaks in, but only when wind shear drags the rain upward alongside the window while driving. How bad is the sound? Does it sound like one object is catching another?
Anyhow, the dealer should fix this free of charge if it's still under warranty.
