Does reseting the ECU makes a different after installing an intake or exhaust?

yea, it does. it makes the computer in your car relearn your system.. like if you get a new intake, after you install it you should reset the ecu so that the system can relearn that you have a new intake and will adapt to the airflow that it takes... at least thats what someone told me

yeah just unhook the negative one for a few mins and it's reset

Think about it, if your ECU tells your car how to run and you cut power to it...

hehe, the reason I didn't say how is cause it's good for people to looks up the installs and stuff themselves, there's lots of interesting things in there.

the fuse method allows you to keep things like your radio and clock settings

but unhooking the negative terminal on the battery works too.

yeah just do the negative battery terminal one. Leave it off for 10 mins then warm up the car for a bit and then take her for a spin!!

Your car will adopt to the mods even if you don't reset the ecu...

common sense to reset ECU when doing bolt on mods.

Yes that is true, but the ECU takes time to learn that. So it might take up to 2 weeks before the new changes are adjusted for. That is why its best to reset it right away.
