Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Need Help

I purchased one of the "Carbon Fiber Rear License Backing"on the 17th of December, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been trying to contact everything celica.com and Isaac via email. I have recieved ONE response telling me that the mail might just be a bit slow during the holiday season, no problem I can understand that, but it's been almost 4 weeks now, and I havn't been able to gat any other kind of response from everythingcelica.com on how to deal with the matter. Any suggestions on what options are available would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I'm sure he gets hundreds of e-mails a day and it is the holiday time so just patient.

Just be patient, Isaac does good business and you'll get your stuff. You ordered right before Christmas, that slowed shipping down for a while.

Please disregard this post, Iassc got back to me last night adn we worked out the problem. An unfortunate error had occured but he immediately rectified it. He is a great man to do business with and he acted like a complete professional. Thanks for your comments, for those of you who did reply!

he never gets back to me, ever i have problem with carbon fiber license plate and low beam bulb after 3 damn sets...didn't touch bulb and still melted...nothing back from him again
