I'm on 56k so its a bit slow. umm i know you have to turn the car on for like 5 min then turn off then turn car on with A/C full blast. something to that extent.

For sure 03+ coz of DBW. However 00-02 don't have a DBW... It would be cool to have a stand alone system rather than a piggy back, but I dunno which will perform better on celica GT.
