ok so i went to toyota today to get my brakes checked out by that recall. Recently my engine has been squeaking so i told the guy to check it out, and he told me that i need a new Fan Belt. and it'll cost 150$ to fix. But he said the belt itself was liek 30$. So can i just go get it and fix it my self, is it hard to do. do i need special tools. Some one tell me. Thanks.

^^ never mind because if you had less than 36000 then they would do it free. I had it replaced with 28000 on my car for free.

Isn't there a longer warrenty than that? I'm not sure what it converts into miles but I think here it's 60,000 km's and the squeaking is usually the belt tensioner, something that is a free replace. Most seven gens hit it at around 20,000 km's.
