GOOD LORD... a 2.6 liter V8 that produces nearly 400 hp at over 10,000 rpm...that would fit with certain custom mounts and what not...that is IF you could afford the engine and tranny ...those crazy Brits have put 2 HAYABUSA ENGINES together to come up with one nasty V8...and a 6 speed sequential tranny with a variable drop gears to vary top speed.,...its crazy, but I'm sure it absolutely screams in person...here is the dyno and link (and yes I nearly wet my pants): Article: Vroom Vroom [ radicalmotorsport.com]

i seen that in sport compact car remains to be seen how reliable it is..they had to do a lot of custom modifications to get everything to work together properly. i dont beleive they mentioned the torque output either, or did they?

It's torque range is over 175ftlb. from 4500rpm to redline (10,500rpm)! They actually build them for sale, eventually they plan to have different available displacement: 2.0liters, 2.6liters(current), and 3.0liters. Quife makes trannys for FR and MR layouts. Best part is that it's only 24"X24"X18".

if your going to put it in a bike why not just buy the bike to and get a HAYABUSA. those things are sweet 2.6 secs or something to 60.
does anyone know how much the hayabusa engine weighs in comparison with the celica engine.
and bout how long they are? if they're not too long you could make a straight 8 just hooking the output shafts together that would be relatively easy compaired to making a v 8 out of 'em.
