Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Need some info...

I'm looking for some help here. I'm getting ready to hook-up a system in my car, but, need some info from anyone who can help! Just wondering if the stock stereo has the output hook-ups on the back? My boyfriends thinking that it doesn't, but before we get it all torn apart, we were wondering how others did it?

My poor car's sitting in the garage for the winter so I decided it was time to get some stuff done to it, before I take it out in April/May...

I'm not sure, I just got a new head-unit.

LOL i feel your pain,,, mine has been in the garage since first frost. currently shes up on jack stands.. lol but if i was you i would just get a new head unit

I have done almost nothing to my car...I'm going to get the intake and the system put in before I pull her back out. I'm also trying to do the custom grill, and eye-lids, but not sure on the eye-lids...

Go for an eclipse head unit, best buy for your money. the headunits come with a tracking chip in all of their models, so if your system were to be stolen (god forbid) you can call Eclipse and they can track your Headunit and find your theif. My friend had his Eclipse headunit stolen and now the guy is in jail for stealing his stuff, and he got everything back, plus a few extra bucks from insurance.
