I was wondering if someone could help me out with what all is involved with changing out valve springs. Any info would help me out a lot. thanks

you got pm.

If you're doing jsut the springs, it's a lot easier. you'll still have to pull the cams off and all that good stuff. I don't recomend it for most people to try.

search for the TSB on the on the lift bolt replacement. It'll show how to remove the cam and cam gear wink then you'll need a valve puller tool. or I believe it was a 13mm deep socket that you can ghetto rig to work. wink best to just get the tool lol

so your saying it's not that hard to install cam?

im not a noob at engine work so will it be fairly easy?

i looked at the replacement lift bolt and it doesnt say how to pull the cam gear and stuff. Maybe im lookin at the wrong thing can you give me a link to what your talkin about thanks.

man that means I gotta search for it lol it's the TSB not the regular lift bolt install lol

All you need to do is pull of the cam bolts and cam caps then get the cams off the timing chain. Then once you get past that then you need to take all the valves and spring apart. The tool makes it much easier!
