leave it alone, it looks nice or if you have to i have seen people do vinyl overlays on it

shouldnt be that hard, i would open your hatch all the way and just look for a couple bolts, you'll also have to remove the wiper fluid line .

i left in on when i sprayed mine with night shade, just tape it of, then put news paper on the roof so the paint wont get on the car, i wouldnt take it off, it has a sticky seal around it, you dont want to chip your paint up there
