Is it bad to hit lift alot? Or ist it good to just hit lift at all?

the more you hit lift the better you have to take care of your car. I hit lift ALL the time and my car is fine. but I also take pretty good care of my car as well.

There is no point in owning a GTS if you never going to use LIFT. Its part of the engine's design, so you need to use it sometimes. I heard its a "good" thing to engage lift periodically for those of you that drive like a slouch.

Hitting lift is fine, like he said it is built for it. Just make sure to check your oil all the time to make sure you are cool because oil consumption/breakdown goes up at higher rpm.
