Thats no good, but it would have been worse without the ABS brakes.

Yeah, don't blame the brakes. The brakes on my Celica are way better than on my old Saturn.

1000 pounds is damn near 2k US, at least thatw as the rate when i was in the UK

Is the ABS on our cars really that bad?

That would explain why my cousin locked his brakes in his GTS, in wet weather, when he tells me he has ABS.

lol bad or wot, the brakes are amazing in the dry, but yer it would have been a lot worse with out ABS, just had a new quote of 650 which is about $1400, cant go though insurance as im only 19, so had av to say bye bye to the car when it comes to insuring it next year!
but take a look at the damage of the car i ran into!!!!!!

is the paint even scratched underneath the clearcoat?

if not...use some 2000 grit sandpaper to see if the smudges come off--then re-clear it.

I have a second hand bumper off my celica, i put on a veilside kit. Its red though. Ill sell it cheap if you need.
